Flavour,set inside.

PANEVO is fresh paneer with oregano, red chilli flakes or black pepper added to the milk before it sets.

Explore the flavours

Seasoned all the way through.

We add the spice to warm milk at the moment it curdles. The curd sets around it, so the middle of a cube tastes the same as its edge. There is nothing to marinate and nothing to wash off. The flavour is part of the paneer.

No rinsing and no soaking. Washing only rinses off flavour from the surface.

  • Cut it how you like

Two-centimetre cubes for tikka and curries, batons for wraps, thin slabs for sandwiches.

  • Sear for 3–4 minutes

A little oil or ghee on a hot tawa. Turn once the edges go golden, then stop.

  • Or air-fry it

Toss in a little oil, 180 °C for 6–8 minutes. Bake at 200 °C for about the same.

  • Or don't cook it

It's made from pasteurised milk and ready to eat. Cube it straight into a salad.

  • Into curry, last

Add it in the final minutes so it stays soft and keeps its own flavour.

Questions, answered.

The questions people ask us most. Anything else, ask us directly.

No. The flavour is already set inside the paneer. Washing would rinse spice off the surface, and marinating isn't needed. Open the pack, cut it and cook.
